Moving upstairs dramatically changes the character of the premises. The sixth-floor penthouse is an architectural loft defined by a soaring pitched roof, exposed heavy timber trusses, oversized structural connections and an extended glass skylight running along the roofline.

Much of this level remains open, allowing the timber framework itself to divide the floor into a succession of large collaborative zones. Two private offices and one conference room provide enclosed workspace, while circular and arched windows introduce additional daylight and frame views across Tribeca toward the World Trade Center.
